Don't let Zango die.
One of the most traumatic stories related to the municipality of Zango, in Icolo e Bengo, Angola, is the forced eviction of residents in 2023. Around 300 houses were demolished, leaving hundreds of people homeless. Security forces invaded the area, beating and detaining those who resisted or protested peacefully. Residents claim they received no prior warning or explanation for the action.
In 2016, another forced eviction in Zango II and III affected more than 6,000 people, who had not yet been relocated or compensated. The authorities justify these actions by alleging illegal occupation of land reserved for state projects.
These events are part of a persistent problem of forced evictions in Luanda, especially in urban areas, since the end of the civil war in 2002.

SUPPORT AND PARTNERSHIPS
Partnerships that Transform
We support small businesses by offering therapeutic assistance, mental health guidance, and training focused on employee well-being.
In return, we receive food, clothing, or any available resources, strengthening our social impact network.
This exchange of solidarity creates a powerful cycle:
The company takes care of its team, and together we take care of vulnerable communities.
Why this partnership matters
It improves the organizational climate.
Reduces stress and internal conflicts.
It increases productivity and well-being.
It strengthens the company's social responsibility.
It contributes directly to humanitarian efforts throughout Brazil.
Each partner company becomes an active part of a larger mission:
To bring care, emotional health, and dignity to those who need it most.
